Get Started with Pilates
Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced student, the best way to get started with Pilates is to sign up for our Intro to Pilates Package. To schedule your first private Pilates lesson or to inquire about our Best of Boulder Pilates studio, we invite you to text or call 303-444-2739 or email us. For your convenience we do offer online scheduling where you can request specific appointment times for your private Pilates lessons as well as register for group Pilates classes.
In viewing our online schedule, if you do not find a time that works for you, please give us a call or or email us with your specific request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you are a Pilates student who is injury free, you may also start with Pilates classes suitable to your level, but we strongly recommend that you take advantage of the Intro Package. Here's why!
Private Pilates Lessons
A Private lesson is one-on-one, personal instruction designed to meet your individual needs and goals. Private Pilates lessons are beneficial for everyone, but they are essential for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and for those seeking pain relief and rehabilitation. They are also beneficial for those who want to address issues such as posture and body alignment, work on specific areas of the body, improve technique, correct bad habits or progress their practice to the next level.
Our experienced teachers treat every student as an individual. We develop programs specifically for your body. We listen and evaluate each student and then customize a program for you. We will educate you about your body, teach you how to move with greater ease and support you in meeting your goals.
All lessons are 55 minutes in length, and are scheduled by appointment.
