Jennifer has been involved in personal fitness and sports her entire life, from competitive gymnastics for 8 years to high school diving. After moving from Minneapolis to Boulder she became an avid cyclist, hiker and skier. She started practicing Pilates after a back injury in her early 20s. When she witnessed noticeable improvement in her strength and flexibility along with aches and pains dissolving…She was hooked!
Jennifer is a classically trained instructor with a teaching certification from The Pilates Center Boulder (circa 2002). Her classes are upbeat full-body workouts that are energetic and restorative. With a back fusion, several knee injuries and hip issues, Jennifer has leaned heavily into the Pilates method to maintain the active lifestyle she loves.
