This practice developed by Brazilian yoga teacher Francisco Kaiut is intended to address the challenges of our modern lifestyle and counter the effects of aging. A Kaiut yoga private will appropriately challenge people of all ages and fitness levels, including those who are inflexible, hypermobile or have a history of injuries. In each session, you will approach your joints with gentle awareness and focused healing pressure.
