Private Pilates Sessions
This is the first step toward transforming your body. Your initial appointment entails a detailed analysis to assess injuries and movement patterns, determine areas of weakness, immobility, and identify asymmetries. From here, we will develop a customized plan, taking into account your personal fitness and/or rehabilitation goals.
All private Pilates sessions are 55 minutes in length.
We are offering both virtual and studio sessions.
