Tambre Rasmussen

Certified Pilates Instructor · Level III Franklin Method Educator

Pilates instructor specializing in rehabilitation, postural restoration, and Franklin Method movement education.

Tambre Rasmussen brings more than 35 years of clinical experience to her work as a Pilates instructor and movement educator. Her teaching is grounded in deep clinical understanding and shaped by decades of helping clients move with greater strength, efficiency, and confidence.

Throughout her career Tambre has worked with a wide range of clients, from healthy movers wanting to refine performance to people recovering from motor vehicle accidents, managing chronic pain, rebuilding postural stamina, or returning to movement after injury. She has extensive experience working with prenatal and postpartum women, seniors with osteoporosis, equestrians, elite cyclists, runners, dancers, and competitive figure skaters.

Tambre was one of the first instructors in the north metro area to develop lower-level Pilates rehabilitation classes for people transitioning from passive care into more active recovery.

Tambre earned her pre-med degree from CU Denver and completed internships at HealthSouth Physical Therapy and Colorado Center for Physical Therapy. She has more than 2000 hours of training through her Pilates certifications with the Ron Fletcher Program of Study and Polestar Education. She is also a Level III Franklin Method Educator and has served on faculty in the University of Colorado Dance Department teaching injury prevention workshops for dancers.

“I’ve found my Pilates studio! Such a welcoming vibe – and Tambre is legit! With over 30 years of experience, her wealth of knowledge is exceptional and her cuing is clear and actionable. I couldn’t wait to come back after my first class”

— Jennifer D.

“With many decades of classes, teachers and coaches in my life, none have compared with the excellent instruction and care I receive from the teachers at Boulder Bodyworks. All the teachers are gifted, but Tambre Rasmussen is for me a miracle teacher. She helped me recover more than 100% from a hip replacement. Three years later I am stronger and my posture is better than it has ever been. I have days now when I notice I have no pain, anywhere. Boulder Bodyworks is my treat to myself.”
